After leaving you would need to contact the IM Service Centre @ 44 208 562 4000 to have your password set up.
When you leave your access to systems is revoked and you are removed from the serving staff corporate directory. Records then have to be set up again for eligible former staff in the retired staff corporate directory and this includes the setting of a BSAFE password. The password can be the same that you had as a serving staff member but it has to be reset before you can have online access after you leave.
Former staff should update their record via Concession-on-line after logging onto http://my.baplc.com.
This is a BA system that holds individual records for former staff that contains information about nominees and the concessions they are eligible to. Former staffs need a BSAFE password to be able to update their details in this system and supply a valid email address. The email address will in the future be used to confirm receipt of the information that has been supplied.
Please note that your PC must have Internet Explorer V6 to update your record.
Please click on the file attachments below to view the 'Show me Guide'

Yes, a ticketed booking can be changed online up to 60 minutes prior to flight departure, except in the following circumstances:
If the passengers are transiting London where the UK departure tax has not been paid and a paper ticket has been issued, it is not possible to make the change online. If an e-ticket has been issued, then it is possible to make the change online as the system is able to read the flight/time details on the e-ticket and providing the new flight is operating the same day a change can take place. In addition, if the booking has been divided due passengers travelling on different dates, it is not possible to make the change online. A change means a date/flight number change on the same route only within the validity of the ticket. A destination change can only be made prior to the journey commencing.
A change must be made using the original reference number of the ticketed booking by accessing the ‘Manage bookings’ on the staff travel booking.
